Service Policy:
The Mississaugua Golf & Country Club ("the Club") is committed to ensuring people with disabilities are given the same access to our goods and level of service as everyone else.
This Policy is intended to meet the requirements of Accessibility Standards for Member/Guest Service, Ontario Regulation 429/07 under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, and applies to the provision of goods and services to our Members, their Guests and other third-parties. All goods and services provided by the Club shall follow the principles of dignity, independence, integration and equal opportunity.
In accordance with the Accessibility Standards for Member/Guest Service, Ontario Regulation 429/07, our AODA Policy addresses the following:
